With all the processing and preservatives added to foods over the past few decades, it’s no surprise that more and more people are developing gluten and dairy intolerances (ie: the inability to digest and properly process). The good news is that with this growing demand, there are a plethora of new products on the market so that we don’t have to abandon our favorite meals.
Here are some of my favorite substitutes that up-play giving your body the protein and fiber it craves without sacrificing flavor:
Instead of… Try…
Flour Pasta Seapoint Farms Edamame Noodles or Tinkyada Brown Rice Pasta
Cheese Diaya Mozzarella or Follow Your Heart Cheddar (it melts, too!)

I am not affiliated with any of the products or brands listed above. They are my personal preferences based on trial and error in finding food alternatives for gluten and dairy.
Hi Jenn, I’ll have to try the cheese and almond milk. The best gluten free, dairy free, nut free, soy free bread is Essential Baking Super Seeded Multigrain. My mom finds it at Costco stores in the mid-west for 8.99 for a 2 loaf package and stocks me up when she comes to visit as the Costco here in Phoenix doesn’t stock it. You might check in your area to see if they have it.

OOOH! Love that recommend and I’ll see if our Costco stocks it. Excited to try it as my only complaint with Udi’s is the size. Thanks for sharing!
